Key Responsibilities
- Represent HEOR at US cross-functional forums
- Develop and execute a cross-functionally aligned HEOR plan for the Cystic Fibrosis portfolio, focused on communication of real-world evidence
- In partnership with Market Access and Medical Affairs, develop and update external customer-facing value demonstration tools that meet regulatory standards; train and certify field teams for effective and compliant delivery
- Lead economic submission development; serve as key reviewer for upcoming Canadian HTA submissions for TRIKAFTA and ALYFTREK age expansions
- Partner with Global HEOR to inform evidence generation and publication plans from the US perspective and translate HEOR studies for external value communication
- Occasionally engage directly with external customers (e.g., payer accounts, health systems, policymakers) to discuss HEOR data as needed to achieve business objectives
- Lead and execute collaborative research with US external customer entities (e.g., payers, health systems) in a compliant manner
- Support the Pain program on cross-functional projects articulating the real-world clinical and economic value of JOURNAVX to payers, health systems, and policy stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications
- Advanced degree (e.g., PhD, MD, MPH, PharmD) in a scientific discipline; clinical degree supplemented with advanced HEOR-related training (e.g., MPH/MS, PhD, HEOR fellowship)
- Typically 8 years of experience in HEOR or related discipline
- Previous biopharma and/or HEOR consulting experience strongly preferred
- US Market experience required; rare disease experience a plus
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply the 2018 FDA Payor Guidance for payer communication in the US
- Track record of peer-reviewed publications (e.g., COAs, observational research, and/or health economic modeling)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present to internal and external audiences
- Results-oriented; strong analytic and project management skills
- Strong sense of urgency and commitment to patients
Pay Range
- $176,000 - $264,000
