Key Responsibilities
- Deliver access, value, PHM, quality, and unbranded messages/tools with population health decision makers or C-suite individuals.
- Support safe, appropriate use of BMS CV products via education on treatment protocols, order sets, and clinical management tools with formulary committee members.
- Support onboarding and ongoing management to LDN operations at SPs to support REMS and access.
- Provide education around EHRs using approved resources and refer to the HIT specialist.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Medical, Marketing, Market Access, Patient Services, BI&A, and other matrix teams to support strategic initiatives.

KOL Strategic Development
- Establish BMS as a trusted partner among cardiology thought leaders.
- Support brand efforts at national and regional conferences.
- Support speaker program content development and speaker training.
- Gather local and national insights through KOL engagement to inform brand strategy.
- Support advisory boards by providing input on content development for non-access related advisory boards.
- Develop regional/local expertise in HCM care pathways and identify key opinion leaders.

Qualifications & Experience
- Field-based role with 5+ years’ experience in marketing, access, account management, business development, or sales leadership in pharma/healthcare; cardiovascular experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare system (hospitals/acute care, IDNs, LDNs, provider networks, payer dynamics).
- Strongly preferred: hospital payment models/metrics, formulary access & reimbursement dynamics, pathways/protocol development, EMR/EHR systems, pharmacy planning/operations.
- Track record of driving revenue growth and/or field execution targets.
- Strong strategic thinking; ability to structure complex challenges into actionable plans.
- Strong stakeholder interface (internal/external) and excellent written and oral communication.
