Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as strategic partner/SME for brand leadership across brand planning, performance reviews, new indication launches, and initiative assessment.
- Partner to develop and measure brand-aligned KPIs; lead KPI reporting for Commercial using Marketing, Sales, PSS, and Market Access inputs.
- Synthesize performance metrics into narratives and deliver strategic insights to leadership.
- Build/refine dynamic performance dashboards to enable agile decision-making.
- Support launches via behavioral segmentation and targeting.
- Conduct ad-hoc national/sub-national analyses to identify opportunities/threats using marketing utilization, sales execution, and customer adoption.
- Collaborate on TA/business-unit performance overviews and deep dives; partner with Advanced Analytics on promotional optimization (e.g., marketing mix) and business levers (e.g., AI/ML for conversion and HCP selection).
- Produce Sales Force Effectiveness reporting; coordinate with Data Management on data quality/contextualization.
- Coach junior team members and provide day-to-day leadership/oversight in a matrix with offshore Hub I&A.

Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA/MS/MD/PhD preferred).
- 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech analytics experience.
- Strong business acumen; excellent communication/presentation.
- Advanced analytics skills to answer complex business questions.
- Patient-level claims data experience (IQVIA, Komodo, Symphony, etc.).
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Data/analysis platforms experience (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake).
- Specialty pharmacy/patient services data and national-level sales/demand data.

Skills (Preferred):
- SQL/R/Python/VBA; BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Qlik/dashboards).
- CRM experience (Veeva/Salesforce); rare disease/oncology/hematology expertise; collaboration on AI/ML.
