Associate Director, Brand Analytics – Systemic Mastocytosis (SM)

Main Responsibilities:
- Act as strategic partner/subject matter expert for brand leadership across brand planning, performance reviews, new indication launches, and new initiative assessment.
- Partner with brand teams to develop and measure KPIs aligned to brand strategy/tactics.
- Lead development/maintenance of KPI reports for the Commercial team using insights from Marketing, Sales, PSS, and Market Access.
- Synthesize brand performance metrics into a cohesive narrative and deliver strategic insights to Commercial leadership.
- Develop/refine dynamic performance dashboards to enable agile decision-making.
- Support new launches via behavioral segmentation and targeting.
- Conduct ad-hoc national/sub-national analyses to identify opportunities/threats using marketing tactic utilization, sales execution, and customer adoption metrics.
- Collaborate with Brand Analytics & Forecasting leads on TA/business unit performance overviews and deep dives.
- Partner with Advanced Analytics to optimize promotional investment (e.g., marketing mix analyses) and understand key business levers (e.g., AI/ML for patient conversion and HCP product selection).
- Produce Sales Force Effectiveness reports with Field Deployment/Reporting colleagues.
- Coordinate with Data Management to ensure reliable, well-contextualized insights.
- Coach junior I&A team members.
- Provide day-to-day leadership/oversight in a matrix with offshore Sanofi Hub I&A team.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech analytics experience.
- Strong business acumen and communication/presentation.
- Strong analytical skills to design/execute analyses.
- Patient-level claims data experience (IQVIA, Komodo, Symphony, or similar).
- Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Data platform experience (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake).
- Experience with specialty pharmacy/patient services data and national-level sales/demand data.

Preferred Qualifications:
- SQL, R, Python, VBA.
- Power BI/Tableau/Qlik or dashboarding.
- CRM experience (Veeva, Salesforce).
- Therapeutic area experience (Rare Disease, Oncology, Hematology).
- Collaboration on AI/ML applications (hands-on data science a plus).
