Associate Director, Benefits

Role: Director of Benefits, responsible for developing and managing Rhythm's global benefits programs to support organizational growth and employee well-being. Responsibilities include designing scalable benefits offerings across regions, partnering with HR, Finance, Legal, and leadership for strategy alignment, overseeing vendor relationships, compliance with applicable regulations, and continuous program improvement through benchmarking and feedback. The role emphasizes delivering a seamless employee experience, effective communication, and ensuring legal and financial compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor's in HR, Business, or related field; 10+ years of benefits experience, with at least 5+ years in the biopharmaceutical industry; deep knowledge of U.S. benefits regulations; experience managing international benefits; strong analytical skills; proficiency with HRIS systems like ADP. Preferred: Experience in benefits related to rare neuroendocrine diseases or biopharma-specific benefit programs. High-Value: Focus on global benefits strategy, regulatory compliance (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA), and cross-functional collaboration to support a diverse workforce. Work setup: Hybrid in Boston with some travel expected.
