Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts; use therapeutic-area expertise to identify appropriate patients and optimize treatment outcomes.
- Develop and execute tailored account strategies to drive patient access, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and support implementation of brand, reimbursement, and patient support resources.
- Build and maintain trusted, compliant partnerships across healthcare organizations to improve patient experience.
- Anticipate customer needs; navigate access/reimbursement challenges; proactively engage cross-functional partners for timely solutions.
- Monitor healthcare and managed care changes; translate insights into actionable strategies supporting continuity of care and growth.
- Educate customers on access pathways and support programs; route to internal experts as needed.
- Lead account efforts to establish care pathways and treatment initiation processes that promote efficient onboarding and long-term success.
- Deliver evidence-based clinical discussions to differentiate the brand and support informed treatment decisions.
- Collaborate with Medical, Market Access, Patient Services, and Commercial teams to remove barriers and enhance outcomes.
- Represent the company in the rare disease community; foster KOL and stakeholder relationships.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (4-year).
- 8+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare (or similar) with large, geographically dispersed sales teams.
- 5+ years strategic account management with complex healthcare systems (e.g., AMCs, IDNs, ACOs).
- Track record of commercial success and trusted customer partnerships.
- Strong clinical, business, and market access/reimbursement acumen.
- Ability to lead through influence and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Reside within territory or within 100 miles of territory border; travel 60โ€“80%; valid driverโ€™s license.

Desirable Requirements:
- Sales leadership/national account management or enterprise commercial experience.
- Expertise in reimbursement, market access, and patient access pathways.

Driving is essential: fully valid and unrestricted driverโ€™s license required.
