Associate Director (AD), Liver Franchise Marketing β Regional Engagement Southeast, Insights and Events
Field-based (ideal location: Florida, North/South Carolina, or Georgia). Weekend- and overnight travel required; up to 75% travel.
Responsibilities / Duties
- Support development and execution of the PBC Marketing strategic plan (regional engagement, insight gathering, events).
- Coordinate Liver Franchise priorities with Marketing & Sales and cross-functionally.
- Drive regional priority opportunities and activations.
- Foster Gileadβs Liver leadership narrative and amplify partnership activities.
- Develop and execute an insight plan (incl. speaker bureau and regional advisory boards when appropriate).
- Orchestrate Gilead presence at key Liver events/sponsorships aligned to commercial priorities.
- Manage and direct agency partners to deliver the annual tactical plan within budget.
- Develop and deliver presentations to internal and external audiences.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
People Leader Accountabilities

Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in marketing or related fields required.
- 10+ years professional experience; 8+ years MS/MA or MBA.
- Familiarity with marketing fundamentals/strategy and sales & commercial policies; strong customer focus.
- Previous experience in marketing, research and/or pharmaceutical sales desired.
- MBA or advanced business/public health degree desired.
- Preferred: liver experience/relationships.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, writing, and project management skills.
Compensation/Benefits (as stated)
- Salary range: $177,905.00β$230,230.00; may be eligible for discretionary bonus, long-term incentives, paid time off, and company-sponsored medical/dental/vision/life insurance.
