Associate Director (AD), Liver Franchise Marketing – Regional Engagement Southeast, Insights and Events (field-based; ideal location: Florida, North/South Carolina or Georgia). Report to Senior Director, US Liver Franchise Opinion Leader Programming; focus on Primary Biliary Cholangitis (PBC).
Essential Duties And Job Functions
- Support development/execution of PBC Marketing strategic plan (regional engagement, insights, events).
- Coordinate Liver Franchise strategic priorities with Marketing & Sales and cross-functionally.
- Develop and implement regional priority opportunities/activations.
- Foster Liver leadership narrative and amplify partnership activities.
- Develop and execute insight plan (speaker bureau; regional advisory boards when appropriate).
- Orchestrate presence at key Liver events/sponsorships aligned to commercial priorities.
- Manage/direct agency partners; deliver annual tactical plan within budget.
- Develop and deliver presentations to internal and external audiences.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
- Weekend- and overnight travel; up to 75% travel.
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years professional experience; 8+ years MS/MA or MBA.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing (or related) required.
- Familiarity with marketing strategy and sales/commercial policies; marketing/research/pharma sales experience desired.
- MBA/advanced business or public health degree desired.
- Preferred: liver experience/relationships; strong customer focus; collaborative leadership.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, writing skills; ability to simplify complex topics; adapt to audience.
- Project management excellence; manage multiple priorities.

Compensation/Benefits
- Salary range: $177,905.00–$230,230.00; may be eligible for discretionary bonus, stock-based incentives, paid time off, and company-sponsored medical/dental/vision/life insurance.
