Associate Director (AD), Liver Franchise Marketing β Regional Engagement Midwest/Central, Insights and Events
Responsibilities:
- Support development and execution of the PBC Marketing strategic plan (regional engagement, insight gathering, events).
- Align Liver Franchise strategic priorities with Marketing & Sales and cross-functionally.
- Drive regional priority opportunities/activations and foster the Liver leadership narrative.
- Develop and execute insight plans (e.g., speaker bureau and regional advisory boards as appropriate).
- Orchestrate presence at key Liver events and sponsorships aligned to commercial priorities.
- Manage/direct agency partners to deliver the annual tactical plan within budget.
- Develop and deliver presentations to internal and external audiences.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
- Field-based; ideal location Midwest (Illinois, Minnesota, Texas). Weekend/overnight travel; up to 75% travel.
Preferred/Required Qualifications:
- 10 years of professional experience.
- 8+ years MS/MA or MBA.
- Bachelorβs degree in marketing or related field (required).
- Familiarity with marketing fundamentals, strategy, sales, and commercial policies/practices.
- Previous marketing and/or pharmaceutical sales experience (desired).
- MBA/advanced business or public health degree (desired).
- Liver experience/relationships (preferred).
- Strong customer focus; collaborative work style.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and writing skills; ability to simplify complex topics.
- Listening/adaptability to audience needs.
- Demonstrated project management with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- Salary range: $177,905.00β$230,230.00; may include discretionary bonus, stock-based incentives, paid time off, and company-sponsored medical/dental/vision/life insurance.
