Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Oversee team execution of the global consolidation process, ensuring accuracy and timely preparation of consolidated financial results.
- Review, oversee, and mentor team performance for monthly accounting activities, including currency translation adjustments and intercompany.
- Collaborate with IT to optimize and enhance accounting applications such as Oracle, BlackLine, and HFM (including testing, upgrades, and process improvements).
- Work with Finance on data governance to optimize hierarchies.
- Lead initiatives to streamline accounting workflows, implement automation, and introduce innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Oversee automation of intercompany accounting and development of the “Intercompany Center of Excellence.”
- Maintain strong performance of Financial Statement Close Process internal controls.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Treasury (FX gain/loss for balance sheet hedges), Finance (process improvements), and Tax (legal entity optimization).
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives.
- Mentor and develop a team of accounting professionals.

Knowledge And Skills
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and consolidation processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software/ERP; Oracle EBS, HFM, and BlackLine preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong organization and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration across teams.

Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of accounting experience focused on systems and/or consolidations.
- Proven expertise in financial consolidations, compliance, and accounting systems management.

Compensation/Benefits
- Pay range: $148,000 - $222,000. Eligible for annual bonus and annual equity awards.

Flex Designation
- Hybrid-eligible or on-site eligible (hybrid: remote up to two days/week; on-site: five days/week with ad hoc flexibility).
