Associate Director, Access & Reimbursement – Oncology/Neuro – North Texas

Role: Field-based Associate Director, Access & Reimbursement (ADAR), specializing in patient access and reimbursement strategies within targeted therapeutic areas. Responsibilities: support complex healthcare accounts by educating providers/staff on reimbursement pathways, policies, and patient support programs; analyze and resolve reimbursement barriers; coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Market Access, Patient Support Center, etc.); manage local coverage decisions and educate on buy-and-bill logistics; monitor healthcare landscape changes and ensure compliance with relevant laws. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required, advanced degrees preferred; 5+ years in pharma/biotech, with experience in Patient Services, Market Access, or account management, including specialty products and reimbursement pathways; proficiency in working with complex health systems and payers, including specialty pharmacy networks; strong communication and strategic account management skills. High-Value: field-based, requiring 50% travel; focus on complex accounts, specialty products, buy-and-bill, reimbursement, and patient access within large health systems, academic centers, and specialty practices.
