Associate Director, Access & Reimbursement (ADAR) CV- West Texas

Role: Associate Director, Access & Reimbursement (ADAR), field-based position focused on supporting patient access and reimbursement within West Texas (San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Lubbock). Responsibilities: provide in-person/virtual education on access/reimbursement topics to complex accounts, including large health systems and specialty practices; collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to address payer policies, billing, coding, claims, and support programs; analyze and resolve reimbursement barriers; educate providers on acquisition pathways, buy-and-bill workflows, and logistics for Novartis products. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred), 5+ years in pharma/biotech with experience in Patient Services, Market Access, or sales, particularly with complex healthcare practices and specialty products; expertise in reimbursement pathways (buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, retail). High-Value: field-based, requires 60-80% travel across broad territory; must reside within or near territory (within 60 miles). The role demands strong stakeholder engagement, problem-solving skills, familiarity with payer policies, and experience supporting specialty therapies, including biologics or other complex modalities.
