Role: Associate Director, Access & Reimbursement (ADAR) – field-based position supporting patient access and reimbursement within specified CA geographies. Responsibilities: engage with complex healthcare accounts to educate providers and staff on access programs, support integration of products into workflows, analyze reimbursement barriers, and collaborate cross-functionally with market access, sales, and support teams; manage local coverage strategies and educate on buy-and-bill processes, including alternative acquisition channels and logistics. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years in pharma/biotech with experience in patient services, market access, or account management; deep knowledge of reimbursement pathways (specialty pharmacy, buy-and-bill, retail), and experience working with complex practices or health systems. High-value: focus on specialty products, complex accounts, and reimbursement support; travel 60-80% within broad territory; must reside within or near the territory; driver’s license required. Collaboration: closely partners with cross-functional teams including customer engagement, marketing, and patient support. Work setup: remote and field-based, covering multiple CA locations.
