Position Summary:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share by identifying targeted commercial and/or government physician practices, hospitals, wound care clinics, medical centers, surgical centers, and related entities within the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell the Company’s products and tissues by interacting with established customers and developing new prospects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contribute to minimal to moderate sales growth of existing accounts in the assigned territory (supervision level: high to moderate).
- Maintain a high level of customer and patient satisfaction.
- Assist in identifying new market opportunities, implementing marketing strategies, and developing sales plans to penetrate target healthcare facilities within the assigned territory.
- Assist with selecting presentation content from company-approved resources; conduct large group and individual presentations to customers and prospects.
- Assist in resolving reimbursement issues for customers within established policies and guidelines.

Education/Experience:
- BS/BA in a related discipline; 2–5 years of experience in a related field with 1–3 years of progressive responsible positions (or verifiable ability).
OR
- MS/MA with 1–3 years of experience in a related field (certification required in some areas); prefer 3–4 years in medical device/biotechnology/tissue segments; previous experience in high-growth organizations and relationship development.

Skills/Competencies:
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to interact with all levels of management and customers.
- Influence others using tenacity and diplomacy.
- Organized, flexible, multitask with high efficiency and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, strategic/technical analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze markets, plan sales strategies, and present clinical/scientific data to physicians.
- Proven sales results and ability to achieve/exceed sales objectives.
- Strategic selling and market analytics skills.
- Ability to build a moderate-size network of healthcare provider relationships.

Work Environment:
- Work at customer/clinical sites and/or home office; follow customer dress code (scrubs and white coat), adhere to credentialing/registration (up-to-date vaccines), and travel locally and/or long distance within the assigned territory.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- Salary: $60,000–$72,000 plus commissions.
