Role: Field Access Manager (FAM) focusing on patient access and payor coverage education for Incyte's biopharma products in Hematology, Oncology, and Autoimmunity. Responsibilities: educate healthcare providers and staff on prior authorization, coverage, appeals, and alternative funding; build relationships with HCPs and health systems; monitor patient cases; apply expertise in specialty and retail pharmacy distribution; ensure compliance with regulations; develop strategic access plans; collaborate internally and externally to optimize patient access and program delivery. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors, with experience in managed care, specialty pharmacies, or biologics preferred; strong knowledge of payor policies, reimbursement, and patient access programs; excellent communication, decision-making, and relationship-building skills; field-based role calling on customers 3-4 days per week.
