Job Description
In this role, the Associate Director will be responsible for managing tasks and activities supporting HIV PrEP Prevention. This is an individual contributor role serving as a key member of the Sales Analytics team, managing cross-functional projects and leading components of departmental projects of varying complexity; may manage/monitor/review work of contractors/vendors.
Key Functions
- Strategic Planning & Performance Tracking
- Lead performance/KPI development and field reporting; develop data-driven insights for field force strategy.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis; manage quarterly targeting and segmentation and field-facing dashboards/reports.
- Provide field force training and sustainment on analytics tools.
- Serve as a strategic liaison to field teams; evaluate new secondary data sources/analytics methods; operationalize new data sources with data strategy/governance and IT.
- Inform sales force size/structure recommendations; drive operational excellence and continuous improvement; uphold core values and leadership commitments.
- Actionable Insights
- Integrate insights from multiple sources to deliver actionable opportunities and market context.
- Lead quantitative analyses and business cases.
- Collaborate with Advanced Analytics to operationalize predictive AI/ML outputs and support field adoption via education/change management.
- Present findings/recommendations to leadership.
- Stakeholder Management
- Partner with internal stakeholders (VP/field/brand, Integrated Insights, Data Strategy & Governance, Commercial L&D, IT) and manage external consulting resources.
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years with BS/BA OR 8+ years with MS/MA or MBA.
Preferred Qualifications (as applicable)
- 10+ years with Bachelorβs in business administration/economics/finance or related OR 8+ years with MS/MA or MBA.
- Ability to synthesize insights into strategic guidance; strong communication/interpersonal skills.
- Secondary data analysis proficiency (e.g., IQVIA, SHA, DRG, LabCorp); software skills (MS Excel, Access, MS Word, PowerPoint, Tableau).
- Strong organizational/planning/project management; manage cross-functional projects.
- MBA/Masters preferred (healthcare, general management, analytics, data sciences); pharmaceutical/healthcare experience; consultative/analytics background.

Compensation & Benefits (stated)
- Salary range: $182,070.00 - $235,620.00; may be eligible for discretionary bonus, stock-based long-term incentives, paid time off, and company-sponsored medical/dental/vision/life insurance.
