Assoc. Director, Patient Access Lead

Role: Associate Director, Patient Access Lead within the Patient Services team, focusing on enhancing patient and provider relationships to facilitate timely access to therapies. Responsibilities: serve as the primary contact for patient enrollment, insurance evaluations, and financial support; educate healthcare providers on patient services, reimbursement, and policy updates; coordinate with pharmacies and internal teams to ensure seamless access; monitor program data to improve service delivery and KPIs; ensure compliance with policies and adverse event reporting; build internal and external stakeholder relationships. Requirements: BA/BS and 5+ years in US Patient Support Services, with experience in rare diseases, product launches, and navigating CRMs; proficiency in Microsoft Office; direct experience with specialty pharmacies and payers; strong understanding of US legal, regulatory, and compliance standards. Preferred: experience in rare diseases or specialty medicines, and travel flexibility. High-Value: focus on complex disease management, rare diseases, and US market access; involvement in patient assistance programs, insurance navigation, and cross-functional collaboration. Work Setup: onsite in Lexington, MA, five days per week, with travel as needed.
