Assoc Director Marketing - HCP (Lung Oncology)

Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute NSCLC customer engagement and non-personal channel strategy
- Lead development of NSCLC non-personal promotion strategy, tactical plans/outputs, data triggers, and budgets
- Create downstream field-based materials and selected original field-based pieces
- Manage vendors for digital/non-personal communications (e-blasts, rep-triggered emails, CRM, banner ads, etc.)
- Plan non-personal and field team integration; serve as point for field communications
- Collect and reconcile budgets with HCP and scientific marketing leads monthly
- Coordinate with other indication teams on brand-level personal/non-personal and customer engagement strategy
- Lead marketing operations (Veeva CRM platform management, print/digital inventory management, meeting management)
- Partner with Sales Training to ensure field team communication/training on key initiatives
- Work with agency on label updates/new launches for HCP promotional materials (including website)
- Optimize current metrics and measurement plan with analytics/customer insights team
- Review Committee (RC) captain: lead NSCLC RC prioritization and meetings

Qualifications & Required/Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- 10+ years progressive experience in pharma/biotech
- 8+ years U.S. commercial experience in pharma/biotech marketing/product management/related areas
- Field experience preferred
- Proven cross-department collaboration; strong project/process skills and attention to detail
- Proactive; able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Media planning and development of digital customer engagement/digital engagement plans preferred
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand complex scientific concepts and clinical data
- Excellent communication/presentation with scientific and commercial stakeholders
