Responsibilities:
- Support launch brands with brand building, creative development, and communication strategies.
- Lead development of core content (promotional and medical education) for HCPs/HCCs aligned to global commercial strategy and customer experience.
- Act as strategic partner/content expert to Global Brand Teams through launch lifecycle.
- Own core content creative execution: briefing creation (Workfront), content development/management (tools/technology enhancements), Medical Legal Review (PRT), and compliant content accessibility/storage (DAM).
- Implement technology advances to improve content creation efficiency.
- Co-manage day-to-day agency relationships for core content creation (timelines, direction, scope support) and partner with Content Accelerator Agency Team for escalations.
- Collaborate on Branding & Campaign Implementation Guidance for consistency/standardization.
- Ensure ELMs/HHI access to globally-developed core strategic content/tools/technology; execute governance.
- Create content for Global Congress efforts; manage content lifecycle during launch/post-launch (renewals/updates/retirement).
- Rapidly adopt AI enhancements; provide guidance/validation to operating model principles/structure.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years combined pharmaceutical/healthcare marketing or digital marketing/market support/sales experience.
- Experience with digital marketing execution, digital media planning, and customer analytics.
- Ability to synthesize scientific data into medical education/promotion and translate complex science into clear communications.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles (e.g., L3 Next); prior cross-functional leadership; agency/vendor management; strong project management/interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Therapeutic-area knowledge; launch experience; Veeva PromoMats; agile framework experience; analytics optimization experience.
