U.S. Communications Strategy Lead (Face-to-Face Channel)
Responsibilities:
- Define, plan, and lead communications and change management strategy for customer-facing teams.
- Develop deep understanding of US market and BU priorities in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Commercial Operations, and other HQ functions.
- Identify and manage communications/activities impacting customer-facing teams (e.g., product launches, national sales meetings, organizational changes, capability deployments, business events).
- Lead strategic and tactical plans to engage the field and disseminate information effectively.
- Define and manage cross-functional teams to execute plans (Sales, Marketing, Field Operations, IT, Communications, Meeting Planning, Learning & Development, Legal, Compliance).
- Define and manage BU cross-functional RACI for plan execution.
- Partner with Learning & Development and HQ functions to drive adoption of change.
- Design and implement measurement strategies to assess effectiveness and enable continuous evolution.
- Facilitate USM governance ensuring Marketing and Sales leadership alignment (e.g., โGate-Keeperโ).
- Partner with peer Communication Strategy Leads to support demand across business lines.
Education/Qualifications:
- Required: BA/BS in Business, Communications, Engineering, Sciences, or Arts.
- Minimum 5 yearsโ experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Change Management, Marketing, or Marketing Operational Support.
- Preferred: MA/MS/MBA.
Required Skills/Competencies:
- Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication, presentation skills; strong stakeholder relationship building.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Knowledge of the promotional review process.
- Strategic/critical thinking; self-motivated, engaging, personable.
- Ability to work effectively cross-functionally in ambiguity.
- Strong collaboration, resourcefulness, organizational skills; thrive in fast-paced environments.
