Area Therapy Advancement Manager (ATAM) — field-based (Pacific Coast: OR, CA, AK, HI, Reno NV, Las Vegas NV).
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead/develop/recruit and retain Regional Therapy Advancement Managers (RTAMs); coach performance, succession planning, and development.
- Drive strategic alignment and business planning for priority accounts; develop commercial goals; serve on sales area leadership team.
- Advocate for Electrophysiology programs by engaging health system and hospital leadership; promote/maximize Commercial Marketing, Professional Education, HEMA, and SCG resources.
- Advance AFib awareness and market presence; connect physicians to initiatives; plan/execute national marketing projects/campaigns.
- Collaborate with field sales teams; maintain routine communication to ensure execution consistency.
- Ensure Health Care Compliance (HCC) adherence; complete mandatory training, expense reporting, and admin tasks.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience/Skills (Required): 8+ years professional experience; 4+ years sales/marketing; medical device industry experience; people leadership; strong presentation/communication; consultative relationship building; strategic relationship management; ability to manage multiple projects with urgency; advanced Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook; valid driver’s license; up to 60% travel; residence within or willingness to relocate to territory.
- Preferred: Electrophysiology and/or cardiovascular sales/clinical experience; Master’s degree.
