Area Therapy Advancement Manager (field-based; Pacific Coast Region including Oregon, California, Alaska, Hawaii, Reno NV, and Las Vegas NV). Qualified candidates must reside within the territory.

Job Summary:
- Member of the US Commercial Marketing leadership team, reporting to the National Therapy Advancement Director.
- Leads the area Therapy Advancement field team (Regional Therapy Advancement Managers, RTAMs).
- Develops and oversees execution of Johnson & Johnson MedTech Electrophysiology (EP) marketing strategies aligned with the Field Sales Organization.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Regional Therapy Advancement team: recruit, develop, retain, manage performance, succession planning, and development plans; coach and manage RTAM performance.
- Drive strategic alignment and business planning: identify priority accounts; set and own commercial goals; serve on the sales area leadership team to influence strategy and decision-making.
- Advocate for electrophysiology programs: engage health system and hospital leadership; promote programs that accelerate access to care and improve patient outcomes; maximize use of Commercial Marketing, Professional Education, HEMA, and SCG resources.
- Advance awareness and market presence: increase awareness of atrial fibrillation (AFib) and related treatments; connect physicians with marketing initiatives; plan and execute national-level marketing projects/campaigns.
- Collaborate across teams: partner with field sales; maintain routine communication with RTAMs, sales leadership, and EP leadership.
- Ensure compliance and operational excellence: uphold HCC rules and regulations; complete mandatory training, expense reporting, and administrative tasks on time.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Required experience/skills: 8+ years professional work experience; 4+ years sales and marketing experience; medical device industry experience; people leadership experience; strong presentation and communication skills; consultative approach; ability to build/maintain strategic relationships; inclusive/growth/visionary mindset; ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment with urgency; advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook; valid driver’s license; up to 60% travel (overnights/weekends); residence within or willingness to relocate to the geography.
- Preferred: prior sales and/or clinical experience in electrophysiology; prior sales and/or clinical experience in cardiovascular therapeutic areas; Master’s degree or equivalent.
