Area Therapy Advancement Manager (ATAM) — Pacific Coast Region (field-based). Territory includes OR, CA, AK, HI, Reno NV, and Las Vegas NV; candidates must reside within the territory.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the regional Therapy Advancement team (recruit, coach, manage RTAM performance, succession and development).
- Drive strategic alignment and business planning (identify priority accounts; develop/own commercial goals; act as sales area leadership team member).
- Advocate for electrophysiology programs (partner with hospital/health system leadership to improve access and outcomes; maximize use of Commercial Marketing/Professional Education/HEMA/SCG resources).
- Advance awareness and market presence for AFib and treatment options; connect physicians to initiatives; plan/execute national campaigns.
- Collaborate across field sales teams; maintain routine communication for execution consistency.
- Ensure compliance and operational excellence (HCC rules; required training, expense reporting, administrative tasks).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Required: 8+ years professional experience; 4+ years sales & marketing; medical device industry experience; people leadership; strong presentation/communication; consultative relationship building; strategic relationship management; ability to manage multiple projects with urgency; advanced Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook; valid driver’s license; up to 60% travel; residence within/willingness to relocate to the geography.
- Preferred: electrophysiology and/or cardiovascular sales/clinical experience; Master’s degree or equivalent.
