Area Therapy Advancement Manager (ATAM) – field-based (Pacific Coast Region: OR, CA, AK, HI, Reno NV, Las Vegas NV).
Job Responsibilities:
- Recruit, develop, retain, and directly manage Regional Therapy Advancement Managers (RTAMs); performance management, succession planning, and coaching.
- Lead strategic alignment and business planning: set priority accounts/goals with sales leadership; enable patient treatment; be accountable to exceed objectives.
- Advocate for Electrophysiology programs: partner with health system and hospital leadership to accelerate access to care and improve outcomes; maximize resources from Commercial Marketing, Professional Education, HEMA, and SCG.
- Advance awareness/market presence for AFib: strengthen physician/customer relationships; plan and execute marketing projects/campaigns.
- Collaborate with field sales and maintain consistent communication to ensure execution.
- Ensure Health Care Compliance (HCC) adherence and complete required training/expenses/admin on time.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Required: 8+ years professional experience; 4+ years sales and marketing; medical device industry experience; people leadership; strong presentation/communication; consultative relationship building; strategic relationship management; ability to manage multiple projects; advanced Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook; valid driver’s license; 60% travel; residence within or willingness to relocate to geography.
- Preferred: prior electrophysiology and/or cardiovascular therapeutic area sales/clinical experience; Master’s degree.
