Job Summary – Area Therapy Advancement Manager (US Commercial Marketing)
The Area Therapy Advancement Manager (ATAM) is part of the US Commercial Marketing leadership team and reports to the National Therapy Advancement Director. The ATAM leads the area Therapy Advancement field team (RTAMs) and oversees execution of Electrophysiology (EP) marketing strategies aligned with US Commercial Marketing and Field Sales to expand patient access to therapies including cardiac catheter ablation. Partner with Professional Education, Health Economics & Market Access (HEMA), and Strategic Customer Group (SCG).

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Recruit, develop, retain, and performance-manage RTAMs; coach and manage performance and growth.
- Identify priority accounts; set and lead business-critical commercial goals; influence strategy as part of sales area leadership.
- Engage health system/hospital leadership to align on programs, accelerate access to care, and improve patient outcomes.
- Increase AFib awareness and related treatment options among stakeholders (administrators, physicians, referral networks); plan and execute national marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with field sales teams; maintain routine communication to ensure execution consistency.
- Uphold Health Care Compliance (HCC) rules; complete training, expense reporting, and admin tasks on time.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required.

Required:
- 8+ years professional work experience and 4+ years sales and marketing experience
- Medical device industry experience; people leadership experience
- Strong presentation/communication; consultative relationship-building
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook
- Valid driver’s license; up to 60% travel (overnights/weekends)
- Residence within or willingness to relocate to the geography

Preferred:
- Prior electrophysiology and/or cardiovascular therapeutic area sales/clinical experience
- Master’s degree or equivalent
