Job Summary: Area Therapy Advancement Manager – US Commercial Marketing (Field Based)
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Recruit, develop, retain, and manage RTAMs; performance management, succession planning, and coaching.
- Drive strategic alignment and business planning with Area VP/National Therapy Advancement Director; set and deliver commercial goals.
- Advocate for Electrophysiology programs with health system and hospital leadership to accelerate access to care and improve outcomes.
- Increase awareness of atrial fibrillation (AFib) and related treatments; connect physicians with marketing initiatives; execute national marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with field sales for alignment and consistent execution.
- Ensure Health Care Compliance (HCC) and complete required training and administrative tasks on time.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Required:
- 8+ years professional work experience; 4+ years sales and marketing.
- Medical device industry experience.
- People leadership experience.
- Strong presentation/communication; consultative relationship building.
- Strategic relationship expertise; inclusive/growth/visionary mindset.
- Manage multiple projects with urgency.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook.
- Valid driver’s license; up to 60% travel; reside within or willing to relocate to the geography.
Preferred:
- Electrophysiology and/or cardiovascular sales/clinical experience.
- Master’s degree.
