Job Summary
Area Therapy Advancement Manager – US Commercial Marketing (Frontier Region; field based)
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Regional Therapy Advancement team: recruit, retain, performance manage, coach/manage RTAMs, succession and development planning.
- Drive strategic alignment and business planning: set area goals/account priorities with leadership; ensure accountability and meet/exceed objectives; influence sales-area strategy.
- Advocate for electrophysiology programs: partner with health system/hospital leadership to accelerate patient access and improve outcomes; maximize resources from Commercial Marketing, Professional Education, HEMA, and SCG.
- Advance awareness and market presence for AFib and treatment options; connect physicians to initiatives; plan and execute national-level marketing projects/campaigns.
- Collaborate with field sales teams; maintain routine communication for consistent execution.
- Ensure compliance and operational excellence: uphold Health Care Compliance (HCC) rules; complete required training, expense reporting, and admin tasks.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
Qualifications/Skills (Required)
- 8+ years professional work experience; 4+ years sales and marketing
- Medical device industry experience; people leadership
- Strong presentation/communication; consultative customer relationship building
- Strategic relationship management; inclusive/growth mindset
- Manage multiple projects with urgency
- Advanced Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook
- Valid driver’s license; up to 60% travel (overnights/weekends)
- Residence within or willingness to relocate to the geography
Preferred
- Prior electrophysiology sales/clinical experience
- Prior cardiovascular therapeutic area sales/clinical experience
- Master’s degree or equivalent
Location & Travel
- Field based; ~60% travel (some evenings/weekends)
