Area Therapy Advancement Manager โ€“ US Commercial Marketing

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Regional Therapy Advancement team: recruit, develop, retain, manage performance, succession planning, and development; coach and directly manage RTAMs.
- Drive strategic alignment and business planning: identify priority accounts; align objectives with Area VP and National Therapy Advancement Director; set team commercial goals; serve on sales area leadership team.
- Advocate for Electrophysiology programs: partner with health system administration and hospital leadership to accelerate access to care and improve outcomes; maximize use of resources from Commercial Marketing, Professional Education, HEMA, and SCG.
- Advance awareness and market presence: increase AFib awareness among hospital administrators, physicians, and referral networks; connect physicians with marketing initiatives; plan and execute national marketing projects/campaigns.
- Collaborate across teams: coordinate with field sales; maintain routine communication to ensure execution and consistency.
- Ensure compliance and operational excellence: uphold Health Care Compliance (HCC) rules; complete mandatory training and administrative/expense reporting.

Education
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required.

Required Skills/Qualifications
- 8+ years professional work experience; 4+ years sales and marketing experience.
- Medical device industry experience.
- People leadership experience.
- Strong presentation/communication; consultative customer relationship building.
- Strategic relationship building across an organization; inclusive/growth/visionary mindset.
- Manage multiple projects in dynamic environment with urgency.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Valid driverโ€™s license; up to 60% travel (overnights/weekends).
- Residence within or willingness to relocate to the geography.

Preferred
- Electrophysiology sales/clinical experience.
- Cardiovascular therapeutic area sales/clinical experience.
- Masterโ€™s degree or equivalent.

Location & Travel
- Field based; 60% travel including some evenings/weekends.

Physical Working Conditions
- Ability to drive and stand for long periods; may require wearing a lead apron while observing EP cases.

Benefits/Compensation (explicit)
- Annual performance bonus eligibility (cash) based on individual/company performance.
- Eligible time off: vacation up to 120 hours/year; sick time up to 40 hours/year (Washington: up to 56); holiday pay/Floating Holidays up to 13 days/year; Work/Personal/Family Time up to 40 hours/year.

Pay/Other
- Anticipated base pay range: $114,000.00โ€“$182,850.00.
- Eligible to participate in company long-term incentive program.
