Job Summary โ€“ Area Therapy Advancement Manager (ATAM), US Commercial Marketing

Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Regional Therapy Advancement team (recruit, coach/manage RTAMs, performance management, succession and development planning).
- Drive strategic alignment and business planning: identify priority accounts, set commercial goals, and ensure accountability to exceed organizational objectives.
- Advocate for Electrophysiology (EP) programs with health system/hospital leadership to accelerate access to care and improve outcomes.
- Increase AFib awareness and market presence; connect physicians to marketing initiatives; plan and execute national marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with field sales teams and maintain routine communication with RTAMs and EP leadership.
- Ensure compliance with Health Care Compliance (HCC) rules; complete mandatory training, expense reporting, and administrative tasks.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required.
- Required: 8+ years professional experience; 4+ years sales/marketing; medical device industry experience; people leadership; strong presentation/communication; consultative customer relationship building; strategic relationship expertise; inclusive/growth mindset; ability to manage multiple projects with urgency; advanced Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook; valid driverโ€™s license; ability to travel up to 60% and reside within or relocate to the geography.
- Preferred: electrophysiology sales/clinical experience; cardiovascular therapeutic area sales/clinical experience; Masterโ€™s degree.
