Area Therapy Advancement Manager โ US Commercial Marketing (Field Based)
Job Summary
Leads the Electrophysiology (EP) Therapy Advancement field team (RTAMs) and oversees execution of MedTech EP marketing strategies in the Frontier Region. Ensures alignment with US Commercial Marketing and Field Sales to expand patient access to therapies including cardiac catheter ablation.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, retain, and directly manage RTAM performance; performance management, succession and development planning.
- Set and execute area commercial goals with area/national leadership; influence strategy as part of sales area leadership.
- Engage health system and hospital leadership; advocate for EP programs that accelerate access and improve patient outcomes.
- Increase AFib awareness with stakeholders (hospital admins, physicians, referral networks); plan/execute national campaigns.
- Collaborate with field sales; maintain routine communication for execution consistency.
- Ensure Health Care Compliance (HCC) adherence; complete required training and administrative tasks.
Education
- Bachelorโs degree required.
Required Qualifications/Skills
- 8+ years professional experience; 4+ years sales and marketing.
- Medical device industry experience.
- People leadership experience.
- Strong presentation/communication; consultative customer relationship building.
- Strategic relationship-building across an organization.
- Inclusive/growth mindset; manage multiple projects in dynamic environment.
- Advanced MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook.
- Valid driverโs license; up to 60% travel (some evenings/weekends).
- Reside in or be willing to relocate to assigned geography.
Preferred
- Sales/clinical electrophysiology experience.
- Sales/clinical cardiovascular therapeutic area experience.
- Masterโs degree or equivalent.

- Time off: vacation up to 120 hrs/yr; sick up to 40 hrs/yr (WA up to 56); floating holidays/work-personal-family up to 13 days/yr and up to 40 hrs/yr; plus parental, bereavement, caregiver, volunteer, military spouse time-off (hour caps as listed).
