Purpose / Role Summary:
Field-based Area Sales Leader (Monarch Urology) driving commercialization success in the North Central Territory (IL, MN, WI, IA, ND, SD, NB).
You Will Be Responsible For:
- Develop and execute quarterly business plans to achieve capital system sales, procedure growth, and disposable revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a strategic territory plan (account segmentation, funnel management, forecast updates, launch prioritization).
- Build relationships with physicians, nurses, administrators, value analysis stakeholders, and economic buyers.
- Lead product/technical/clinical discussions and demonstrations to support evaluation, conversion, and adoption.
- Present value propositions; collaborate on pricing, program terms, and commercial strategies.
- Coordinate post-sale installation readiness, training, launch support, and adoption plans.
- Support customersโ clinical, operational, and economic goals; drive utilization and satisfaction.
- Partner with Regional Business Director and Clinical Representative on referral education and account/utilization growth.
- Maintain expert knowledge of products, kidney stone workflows, customer economics, and competitive trends.
- Operate in compliance with company policies and applicable healthcare/quality regulations.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelorโs degree required.
- 2+ years relevant healthcare/medical device/B2B sales (4+ preferred for senior roles); 2+ years capital equipment or complex medical sales preferred.
- Ability to communicate technical/clinical/economic value to physicians and economic buyers.
- Strong business planning, forecasting, opportunity management, and account strategy.
- Preferred: urology/endourology/robotics/OR-based selling.
- Required: hospital and ambulatory surgery center experience (live cases/PPE), travel up to 75%, valid driverโs license, regulated-environment compliance.
Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- Base pay: $110,000โ$150,000; sales incentive compensation program/MBO; eligible for J&J Fleet (company car or car allowance).
- Employees may be eligible for medical/dental/vision, life insurance, disability, retirement (pension/401k), long-term incentive, and time off.
