What You Will Achieve
- Execute ATTR-CM disease awareness with appropriate customer stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Cardiac Account Specialist (CAS) to ensure seamless customer interactions throughout the patient journey.
- Report to the Area Business Manager (ABM).

How You Will Achieve It
Account Planning / Collaboration
- Prioritize customer opportunities/projects to maximize impact using available data sets and stakeholder input.
- Develop territory business objectives/business plans and define key performance metrics aligned to brand objectives.
- Maintain active customer profiles, plans, and data sets using company planning resources.
- Refine call planning to optimize schedules based on local territory factors (access, geographic span, commitments, customer alerts).

Hybrid Execution / Advanced Selling Skills
- Use advanced selling approaches (e.g., PSSF).
- Tailor approved brand messaging (via PSSF) to customer priorities and needs; adapt messaging in complex environments.
- Connect customers to Pfizer resources/services to meet patient needs.
- Grow/maintain relationships with stakeholders and decision makers.
- Apply expertise in ATTR-CM disease area, related diagnostic procedures, and the Vyndamax clinical profile (as appropriate).
- Educate customers on ATTR-CM disease and related diagnostics to support patient identification and treatment.
- Implement approved marketing educational programs and deliver compliant, value-added messaging.
- Demonstrate change agility in an evolving marketplace.

Coordination
- Coordinate with CAS and other customer-facing teams to elevate the customer experience.
- Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) as appropriate to meet customer needs.

Demonstrates Business Acumen
- Gather customer insights and use them to anticipate opportunities/threats across local markets.
- Use market/customer data reports to inform local planning.
- Prioritize resource utilization to meet customer needs.

MUST-HAVE Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device sales experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required OR associate’s degree with 8+ years experience OR high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to formulate, develop, write, communicate, and monitor territory business plans.
- Demonstrated teamwork/collaboration.
- Strong analytical skills; apply market/customer insights to sales planning/execution and assess customer (account and/or HCP) needs.
- Consistently follows and supports company policies.
- Valid US driver’s license and compliant driving record (DUI/DWI or impaired driving citation within past 7 years disqualifies).

NICE-TO-HAVE Qualifications
- Rare Disease and/or Specialty Cardiovascular experience.
- Product launch experience.
- Hospital sales experience.
- Experience calling on large academic centers and hospital systems.

Physical/Mental Requirements
- Ability to travel domestically and stay overnight as necessary.

Non-standard Work Requirements
- 2–3 overnights per month may be required.
