Main Responsibilities:
- Grow portfolio share and revenue; consistently deliver on product goals.
- Serve as a therapeutic area expert; position and differentiate products effectively.
- Collaborate with field stakeholders (e.g., Medical Science Liaisons, Market Access, strategic account managers, hospital business managers) to proactively address customer needs.
- Identify market dynamics/trends, develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives, and ensure account success in assigned geography.
- Use account/territory data with internal data specialists to provide HCP-relevant insights.
- Determine optimal ABM strategy for HCPs in an agile way using AI and digital tools.
- Create strategic business plans to generate product utilization and grow territory business.
- Understand/differentiate portfolio contracting options and competitive offerings via financial presentations.
- Execute buy/bill operational needs: complex pricing analysis/price calculator usage, product shipping, contract compliance monitoring, and securing contract amendments.
- Adapt to changing sales methodologies, including remote selling.
- Plan and execute local promotional speaker programs/activities.
- Maximize territory budget allocation to execute strategy and drive growth.
- Participate in and help lead assigned initiatives (e.g., congresses, local/regional meetings, medical conferences).

About You (Qualifications):
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device sales with business-to-business knowledge.
- Strong understanding of healthcare environment, decision-making, and market trends; proven ability to access decision makers.
- Strong commercial business acumen; strategic/critical thinking and problem solving.
- Ability to navigate a hybrid environment and determine optimal HCP selling model.
- Experience with omnichannel approaches and data-driven customer engagement.
- Ability to use data/analytics to generate customer solutions.
- Passion for science; proactive learning on disease state/treatment/healthcare trends.
- Ability to execute tactical initiatives, provide feedback, and prioritize multiple products.
- Self-directed, organized; excellent written/oral communication.
- Valid driverโ€™s license; eligible for insurance; able to safely operate a vehicle.

Preferred Skills:
- Graduate degree.
- 5+ years relevant B2B sales experience; 2+ years account management.
- Enhanced digital acumen; strong clinical acumen.
- Experience in Market Access/Pricing/Contracting/Finance.
- Proficient in MS Office and customer management databases.

- Up to 75% travel.
