Main Responsibilities:
- Engage in account-based B2B interactions across Pediatrics, Family/General Practice, IDN/IHNs, Health Systems, and FQHCs.
- Present clinically focused selling messages to create/grow revenue and deliver portfolio goals.
- Act as an “account orchestrator” to improve customer and patient outcomes using cross-functional support.
- Own book of business by meeting/exceeding goals compliantly and with integrity.
- Grow portfolio share and revenue; be a therapeutic area expert and effectively position/differentiate products.
- Identify market dynamics/trends, develop strategies, and ensure account success in assigned geography.
- Use account/territory data and analytics to generate insights supporting HCP effectiveness.
- Determine optimal ABM strategy for HCPs using AI/digital tools; develop strategic business plans.
- Understand/differentiate contracting options and competitive offerings via financial presentations.
- Execute buy/bill operational support (pricing analysis, shipping, contract compliance, amendments).
- Adapt to changing sales methodologies, including remote selling.
- Plan/execute local promotional speaker programs; maximize territory budget.
- Participate in/lead sales initiatives (e.g., congresses, meetings, conferences).

Qualifications / Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years pharma/biotech/medical device sales with B2B knowledge.
- Strong healthcare and decision-maker understanding; proven access to decision makers.
- Commercial acumen, strategic/critical thinking, problem solving, initiative, self-organization.
- Ability to navigate hybrid environment and select optimal HCP selling model.
- Omnichannel engagement using insights; strong data/analytics capability.
- Passion for science; proactive disease-state/treatment knowledge.
- Valid driver’s license; eligible for insurance; safe vehicle operation.

Preferred Skills:
- Graduate degree; 5+ years sales; 2+ years account management.
- Enhanced digital and clinical acumen; Market Access/Pricing/Contracting/Finance experience.
- MS Office and customer management database proficiency.

Travel:
- Up to 75%.
