Main Responsibilities:
- Grow portfolio share and revenue; consistently deliver on product goals.
- Serve as a therapeutic area expert; position and differentiate products.
- Coordinate with field stakeholders (Medical Science Liaisons, Market Access, strategic account managers, Hospital business managers, etc.) to proactively address customer needs.
- Identify market dynamics/trends and develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives; ensure account success in assigned geography.
- Use account/territory data and work with internal data specialists to enable HCP effectiveness.
- Determine optimal ABM strategy leveraging AI and digital tools.
- Identify opportunities and develop strategic business plans to generate utilization and grow territory business.
- Understand/differentiate portfolio contracting options and competitive offerings via financial presentations.
- Operate under a buy/bill model, including complex pricing analysis, price calculator usage, product shipping, monitoring contract compliance, and securing contract amendments.
- Adapt to changing sales methodologies (including remote selling).
- Plan/execute local promotional speaker programs and activities.
- Maximize geographic territory budget to execute strategy/tactics and grow business.
- Participate in/lead sales success initiatives (e.g., congresses, local/regional meetings, medical conferences).

Minimum Required Skills/Experience:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device sales with B2B knowledge.
- Healthcare environment understanding, decision processes, market trends; track record accessing decision makers.
- Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking/problem solving, innovative thinking.
- Ability to navigate hybrid environment; determine optimal HCP selling model.
- Omnichannel execution using insights.
- Data analytics ability to generate customer solutions.
- Science learning aptitude; proactive disease-state/treatment/healthcare trend knowledge.
- Tactical execution, feedback, and ability to prioritize multiple products.
- Self-directed/organized; strong planning and execution.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Valid driverโ€™s license; eligible for insurance; able to operate vehicle.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Graduate degree.
- 5+ years sales with B2B; 2+ years account management.
- Enhanced digital acumen; strong clinical acumen.
- Experience in Market Access, Pricing, Contracting, or Finance.
- Proficient MS Office and customer management databases.

Travel:
- Up to 75% to customers, conventions, training, and meetings.
