Main Responsibilities
- Engage in account-based B2B interactions across Pediatrics, Family/General Practice, IDN/IHNs, Health Systems, and FQHCs; deliver clinically focused selling messages to grow revenue and meet vaccine portfolio goals.
- Act as an “account orchestrator” using cross-functional support to improve customer and patient outcomes.
- Grow portfolio share and revenue; position and differentiate products.
- Collaborate with Medical Science Liaisons, Market Access, strategic account managers, Hospital business managers, and others.
- Analyze market dynamics; develop strategies supporting brand/corporate objectives and account success.
- Use account/territory data and analytics (with internal data specialists) to support HCP effectiveness.
- Develop agile ABM strategies leveraging AI/digital tools.
- Create strategic business plans to drive utilization and territory growth.
- Support buy/bill operations: complex pricing analysis, product shipping, contract compliance, and securing contract amendments.
- Plan and execute local promotional speaker programs.
- Maximize territory budget to execute strategies.
- Participate/lead sales success initiatives (e.g., congresses, meetings, conferences); travel up to 75%.

Basic Qualifications (Minimum)
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years B2B sales (pharma/biotech/medical device preferred) with complex sales cycles/contracting.
- Healthcare environment/decision-making knowledge; proven access to decision makers.
- Commercial acumen; strategic/critical thinking; ability to operate in hybrid settings and adjust priorities.
- Omnichannel engagement experience; strong data/analytics skills.
- Science interest/learning; tactical execution and prioritization.
- Field sales success influencing decision makers; self-directed planning; excellent written/oral communication.
- Valid driver’s license; eligible for insurance; ability to drive safely.

Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate degree.
- 5+ years pharma/biotech/medical device B2B sales; 2+ years account management.
- Enhanced digital and clinical acumen.
- Market Access/Pricing/Contracting/Finance experience.
- MS Office and customer management databases.
