Main Responsibilities:
- Grow portfolio share and revenue; consistently deliver product goals.
- Serve as a therapeutic area expert; position and differentiate products.
- Coordinate with field stakeholders (e.g., Medical Science Liaisons, Market Access, strategic account/hospital business managers) to proactively address customer needs.
- Identify market dynamics/trends; develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives and ensuring account success in assigned geography.
- Use account/territory data and partner with data specialists to help HCPs operate more effectively.
- Determine optimal ABM strategy for HCPs using agile methods, AI, and digital tools.
- Build strategic business plans to generate utilization and grow territory business.
- Present financial contracting options; differentiate portfolio vs. competitive offerings.
- Execute buy/bill operational requirements (pricing analysis/price calculator usage, shipping, monitor contract compliance, secure amendments).
- Adapt to changing sales methodologies including remote selling.
- Plan and execute local promotional speaker programs and activities.
- Maximize territory budget allocation to execute strategies and tactics.
- Participate in/lead initiatives supporting sales success (e.g., conferences, regional meetings).

Qualifications:
Basic:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- 3+ years pharmaceutical/life sciences and/or B2B sales experience (preferred).
- Healthcare environment and decision-making/market trends; proven ability to access decision makers.
- Business-to-business selling experience; strong commercial acumen and strategic problem-solving.
- Ability to navigate a hybrid environment and determine optimal HCP selling model; adjust priorities.
- Omnichannel experience; ability to use data/analytics for customer solutions.
- Passion for science; knowledge of disease state/treatment options/healthcare trends.
- Ability to execute tactical initiatives, provide feedback, prioritize multiple products.
- Field sales experience influencing decision makers.
- Self-directed, organized; excellent written and oral communication.
- Valid driverโ€™s license; eligible for insurance; ability to safely operate a vehicle.

Preferred:
- Graduate degree.
- 5+ years B2B pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device sales experience.
- 2+ years account management experience.
- Enhanced digital acumen; strong clinical acumen.
- Experience in Market Access, Pricing, Contracting, or Finance.
- Proficient in MS Office and customer management databases.
