Main Responsibilities
- Engage Pulmonology customers in assigned geography and deliver clinically focused selling messages to introduce, launch, and grow brand share and revenue; consistently achieve asthma and COPD product goals.
- Collaborate with field stakeholders (e.g., Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement/Market Access, Thought Leader Liaisons) to address customer needs, identify trends, develop strategies aligned to brand/corporate objectives, and ensure account success.
- Build relationships with Pulmonology experts, biologic coordinators, office staff, and patient advocacy support groups.
- Identify opportunities and develop strategic business plans to increase product utilization and grow territory business.
- Plan, organize, and execute local promotional speaker programs and activities.
- Maximize territory budget to execute strategies and grow business.
- Participate in and help lead sales initiatives (e.g., congresses, local/regional meetings, medical conferences).
- Own business opportunities, including coordination/calling on large group practices and other key targets.
- Establish relationships with thought leaders to drive industry-leading customer value.

Qualifications
Basic
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device sales.
- Ability to learn/apply technical and scientific product information.
- Ability to travel as needed within territory.
- Proven sales success in complex markets with integrity and compliance.
- Team-player mindset; Valid Driver’s License.

Preferred
- 2+ years selling biologics (self-injectable or office-administered IV) in complex/competitive markets.
- 2+ years in asthma/COPD or related immunology disorders (e.g., atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, MS, Crohn’s, ulcerative colitis).
- 2+ years calling on Pulmonologists; launch experience in specialty care/biologics.
- Alliance/matrix experience; advanced clinically based selling; track record with product launches.
- Experience training office staff/nurses/managers; strong organization/account management.
