Responsibilities:
- Engage Pulmonary customers in assigned geography and deliver clinically focused messages to introduce, launch, and grow brand share, revenue, and asthma indication product goals.
- Collaborate with field stakeholders (e.g., Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement/Market Access, Thought Leader Liaisons) to address customer needs, identify market trends, develop strategies supporting brand/corporate objectives, and ensure optimal account success.
- Build relationships with pulmonary experts, biologic coordinators, office staff, healthcare personnel, and patient advocacy groups as directed.
- Identify key opportunities and develop strategic business plans to generate utilization and grow territory business.
- Plan, organize, and execute local promotional speaker programs/activities.
- Maximize territory budget to execute strategies and generate/grow business.
- Participate in and help lead initiatives for sales success (e.g., congresses, meetings, medical conferences).
- Own business opportunities in the territory, including calling on large group practices and other key targets.
- Establish relationships with thought leaders; primary objective is to drive industry-leading customer value.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device sales.
- Ability to learn/apply technical and scientific product information.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Proven consistent sales performance in complex markets with integrity within compliance guidelines.
- Team player; valid Driver’s License.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years selling subcutaneous self-injectable (or office-administered IV) biologics.
- 2 years pulmonary disease or immunology disorder selling (e.g., Atopic Dermatitis, Psoriasis, MS, Crohn’s, Ulcerative Colitis) and 2 years calling on Pulmonologists.
- Co-promotion experience; advanced clinically based selling skills.
- Results with product launches; in-servicing/training office staff.
- Passion for science, strong account management, highly organized.
