Main Responsibilities
- Engage Pulmonary customers in assigned territory with clinically focused messages to introduce, launch, and grow brand share and revenue; consistently deliver asthma indication product goals.
- Collaborate with field stakeholders (e.g., Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement/Market Access, Thought Leader Liaisons) to address customer needs, identify market dynamics/trends, develop strategies aligned to brand/corporate objectives, and ensure optimal account success.
- Build relationships with pulmonary experts, biologic coordinators, office staff, key healthcare personnel, and patient advocacy support groups as directed.
- Identify opportunities and develop strategic business plans to drive utilization and grow territory business.
- Plan, organize, and execute local promotional speaker programs and activities.
- Maximize territory budget to execute strategies/tactics and generate/grow the business.
- Participate in and help lead sales success initiatives (e.g., congresses, local/regional meetings, medical conferences).
- Own business opportunities in the geography, including calling on large group practices and key targets.
- Establish relationships with thought leaders.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (accredited four-year college/university).
- 2+ years pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device sales experience.
- Ability to learn/apply technical and scientific product information.
- Ability to travel as necessary (additional travel within assigned territory).
- Proven consistent sales performance in complex markets with diverse customer segments; operate with high integrity within compliance guidelines.
- Team player; cooperates with internal partners.
- Valid Driverโ€™s License.

Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years selling sub-cutaneous self-injectable (or office-administered IV) biologics.
- 2 years pulmonary disease or immunology disorder selling experience (strongly preferred).
- 2 years calling on Pulmonologists.
- Co-promotion experience.
- Advanced clinically-based selling skills; results-oriented with product launch success.
- In-servicing/training experience (office staff, nurses, office managers).
- Strong science learning aptitude; proactive disease/treatment/healthcare trend knowledge.
- Highly organized; strong account management skills.
