Main Responsibilities
- Develop and utilize a business plan aligned with marketing strategies through territory analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and customer insights (updated quarterly).
- Implement business plans by leveraging appropriate human and physical resources with Hematologists/Oncologists and other key customers.
- Serve as product, disease state, and marketplace expert; effectively communicate and position oncology portfolio information to promote appropriate product use within the territory.
- Partner with field teams (e.g., Oncology Transplant Network Manager, other ABMs, and Medical within compliance) to ensure strategy pull-through from IDNs, academic institutions, and community accounts.
- Complete call reporting, business plan updates, and expense reports; operate within pharma compliance guidelines.
- Implement effective account targeting and time management tactics.
- Attend required trainings and conventions/symposia.
- Complete fleet safety training and maintain an acceptable driving record.

Qualifications
- BA/BS from an accredited school (business or life science preferred).
- Minimum two years of pharma sales experience OR related healthcare experience.

Additional Requirements (Required/Preferred Skills)
- Strategic thinking, planning, and execution.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Up to 2 years of successful experience selling chemotherapeutic agents or biotech products (preferred).
- Familiarity with hospital and cancer center environment (preferred).
- Ability to drive a company car safely to daily meetings/appointments is required.
