Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective execution of Sanofi strategies and tactics in the assigned geographic area by developing business plans aligned to brand/marketing plans and tailored to geography and customer context.
- Identify key decision makers and conduct customer meetings within the territory.
- Ask strategic questions to understand hematology customer needs; use insights to position promoted hematology brands and develop customized account strategies.
- Review/analyze market and customer data to support strategic planning.
- Review/analyze data/systems/processes to identify business opportunities and improve execution of strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify and resolve customer needs with urgency.
- Deliver formal/informal presentations and communicate complex hematology clinical information to institutional physicians and hospital/large practice groups in a compliant manner.
- Apply deep marketplace/therapeutic/product/disease expertise (mechanism of action, indications, efficacy, safety, etc.) and provide field feedback to home office.
- Apply knowledge of healthcare industry trends, laws/regulations, market conditions, and market access environment to develop business plans and execute compliant sales calls.
- Build and maintain relationships across the patient care continuum (physicians/HCPs, hospital staff, etc.).
- Coordinate with Specialty Pharmacy, Specialty Distributor, and Patient Services to ensure patient care from diagnosis through treatment completion.
- Be responsive to urgent provider/patient needs.
- Share knowledge to foster team effectiveness and shared goals.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years successful hospital/institutional or specialty pharmaceutical sales OR 4 years clinical experience (e.g., ARNP, PA, RN, PT, Social Worker) combined with sales experience.
- Ability to work outside traditional business hours; travel up to 60%; valid driverโ€™s license.

Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA.
- 5+ years industry sales; 3+ years hematology sales.
- Rare/orphan disease experience; specialty pharmacy experience; sales launch experience.
- Reside within the assigned territory.
