Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and utilize a business plan aligned with marketing strategies through territory analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and customer insights (updated quarterly).
- Implement business plans by leveraging appropriate resources with Hematologists, Oncologists, and other key customers.
- Develop as a product, disease state, and marketplace expert; communicate and position product information to promote appropriate use of the Sanofi Genzyme oncology portfolio.
- Work closely with field partners (including, as necessary, Oncology Transplant Network Manager) to ensure strategy pull-through across key IDNs/System, reimbursement, accounts, other ABMs, and medical.
- Complete call reporting, business plan updates, and expense reports; operate within all Pharma compliance guidelines.
- Perform effective account targeting and time management.
- Attend required training sessions and conventions/symposia as necessary.
- Complete all fleet safety training and maintain an acceptable driving record.

Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree from an accredited school (business or life science preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience OR 1 year previous Sanofi Oncology/Transplant sales experience OR healthcare related experience.

Additional Requirements/Preferences:
- Ability to think, plan, and act strategically.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Up to 2 years successful experience selling chemotherapeutic agents or bio-tech products (preferred).
- Working knowledge of the hospital and cancer center environment (preferred).
- Ability to drive a company car safely to daily meetings and appointments (required).
