Responsibilities:
- Achieve annual sales objectives in a defined territory by developing, maintaining, and enhancing key customer relationships.
- Develop and implement territory business plans aligned with marketing strategy; update quarterly using territory analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and customer insights.
- Implement business plans using appropriate human and physical resources with Hematologists/Oncologists and key customers.
- Serve as product/disease state/marketplace expert; communicate and position oncology portfolio information to promote appropriate use.
- Partner with field teams (including Oncology Transplant Network Manager as needed) to ensure strategy execution across Key IDNs/System, reimbursement, accounts, other ABMs, and Medical.
- Complete call reporting, business plan updates, and expense reports; operate within pharma compliance guidelines.
- Manage account targeting and time effectively.
- Attend required training and relevant conventions/symposia.
- Complete fleet safety training and maintain an acceptable driving record.
Basic/Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree (business or life science preferred).
- Minimum 2 years Oncology/Hematology sales OR 1 year prior Sanofi Oncology/Transplant sales OR healthcare-related experience.
Additional Requirements/Preferred:
- Strategic thinking and planning.
- Effective oral and written communication.
- Up to 2 years successful experience selling chemotherapeutic agents or biotech products (preferred).
- Knowledge of hospital/cancer center environment (preferred).
- Safe operation of a company car for daily meetings/appointments.
