Main Responsibilities:
- Engage Gastroenterology/Immunology customers within an assigned territory and deliver clinically focused messaging to introduce, launch, and grow brand-share and revenue; consistently deliver product goals related to Eosinophilic Esophagitis.
- Collaborate with field stakeholders (e.g., Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement/Market Access, Thought Leader Liaisons) to address customer needs, identify market dynamics/trends, develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives, and ensure optimal account success.
- Build working relationships with Gastroenterology experts, biologic coordinators, office staff, other healthcare personnel, and patient advocacy support groups.
- Identify opportunities and develop strategic business plans to increase product utilization and grow territory business.
- Plan, organize, and execute local promotional speaker programs and activities.
- Maximize allocated territory budget to execute strategies/tactics and generate/grow business.
- Participate and help lead assigned initiatives supporting sales success (e.g., industry congresses, local/regional meetings, and medical conferences).
- Own business opportunities in the geographic area, including coordination and calling on large group practices and other key targets.
- Establish relationships with thought leaders to drive industry-leading customer value.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience.
- Ability to learn and apply technical/scientific product information.
- Ability to travel to meetings/trainings/programs as needed (additional travel within the assigned territory).
- Proven consistent sales performance in complex markets with diverse customer segments, operating with integrity within compliance guidelines.
- Ability to operate as a team player with internal and collaboration partners.
- Valid Driver’s License.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years selling sub-cutaneous self-injectable (or office-administered IV) biologics in a complex/competitive market.
- 2+ years selling experience in Gastroenterology (strongly preferred).
- Launch experience in specialty care and biologics (strongly preferred).
- Alliance/matrix partnership experience (strongly preferred).
- Advanced clinically based selling skills.
- Results-oriented track record with product launches.
- Experience in-servicing/training office staff, nurses, and office managers.
- Passion and aptitude for science; proactive in strengthening knowledge of disease-state, treatment options, and healthcare trends.
- Strong organizational and account management skills.
- Fleet safety training completion; maintain acceptable driving record.
