Main Responsibilities
- Engage Gastroenterology customers within assigned territory; deliver clinically focused messages to introduce, launch, grow brand-share and revenue; consistently deliver product goals for Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE).
- Collaborate with field stakeholders (e.g., Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement/Market Access, Thought Leader Liaisons) to address customer needs, identify market trends, develop strategies supporting brand/corporate objectives, and ensure account success.
- Build relationships with gastroenterology experts, biologic coordinators, office staff, other healthcare personnel, and patient advocacy support groups.
- Identify opportunities and develop strategic business plans to drive product utilization and grow territory business.
- Plan, organize, and execute local promotional speaker programs and activities.
- Maximize territory budget to execute strategies/tactics and generate/grow the business.
- Participate in and help lead sales success initiatives (e.g., congresses, meetings, medical conferences).
- Own business opportunities including coordination and calling upon private equity/large group practices and other key targets.
- Establish relationships with thought leaders; primary objective is to drive industry-leading customer value.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college/university.
- Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience.
- Ability to learn/apply technical and scientific product information.
- Travel: ~60–75% to cover Eastern Washington, Idaho, and Montana.
- Proven success in complex markets with diverse customer segments while operating with integrity and within compliance guidelines.
- Team player; ability to collaborate to reach common goals.
- Valid Driver’s License; complete fleet safety training and maintain acceptable driving record.

Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years selling sub-cutaneous self-injectable (or office-administered IV) biologics.
- 2+ years selling in gastroenterology or immunology disorders (e.g., asthma, atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, MS, Crohn’s, ulcerative colitis).
- Advanced clinically based selling; strong launch experience; reimbursement/Managed Markets pull-through knowledge.
- Launch experience in specialty care/biologics; alliance/matrix partnership experience.
- In-servicing/training office staff, nurses, biologic coordinators, office managers.
- Proactive science/disease-state learning; highly organized with strong account management.
