Main Responsibilities:
- Grow portfolio share and revenue; consistently deliver on product goals.
- Serve as a therapeutic area expert; position and differentiate products effectively.
- Coordinate with field stakeholders (e.g., Medical Science Liaisons, Market Access, strategic account managers, hospital business managers) to proactively address customer needs.
- Identify market dynamics/trends; develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives for assigned geography.
- Use account/territory data and partner with internal data specialists to generate insights that help HCPs operate more effectively.
- Develop and execute optimal ABM strategy for HCPs using agile methods, AI, and digital tools.
- Create strategic business plans to generate product utilization and grow territory business.
- Understand and differentiate contracting options and competitive offerings through financial presentations.
- Execute buy/bill model operational support: complex pricing analysis, price calculator usage, product shipping, contract compliance monitoring, and securing contract amendments.
- Adapt to changing environments and sales methodologies (including remote selling).
- Plan/organize/execute local promotional speaker programs and activities.
- Maximize territory budget to support execution and business growth.
- Participate in and help lead sales initiatives (e.g., congresses, local/regional meetings, medical conferences).
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelorโs degree.
- 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device sales experience with business-to-business knowledge.
- Demonstrated ability to access decision makers; strong healthcare environment understanding.
- Strong commercial business acumen; strategic thinking/problem solving.
- Ability to navigate a hybrid environment and determine optimal HCP selling model.
- Omnichannel experience; execute customer engagement via appropriate channels using insights.
- Data/analytics skills to derive actionable insights.
- Science learning aptitude; proactive disease-state/treatment/healthcare trend knowledge.
- Ability to execute tactical initiatives, prioritize multiple products, and provide feedback.
- Self-directed, organized, excellent written/oral communication.
- Valid driverโs license; eligible for insurance; able to safely operate a vehicle.
Preferred:
- Graduate degree; 5+ years relevant sales experience.
- 2+ years account management experience.
- Enhanced digital acumen; strong clinical acumen.
- Experience in Market Access, Pricing, Contracting, or Finance.
- Proficient with MS Office and customer management databases.

- Up to 75% to customers, conventions, training, and internal meetings.
