Main Responsibilities:
- Engage Dermatology customers in assigned territory and deliver clinically focused messages to introduce, launch, grow brand-share and revenue; deliver product goals for atopic dermatitis and other dermatological indications.
- Collaborate with field stakeholders (e.g., Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement/Market Access, Thought Leader Liaisons) to address customer needs, identify trends, develop strategies, and ensure account success.
- Build relationships with Dermatology experts, biologic coordinators, office staff, other HCPs, and patient advocacy groups.
- Identify opportunities, develop strategic business plans, and grow territory business and product utilization.
- Plan/organize/execute local promotional speaker programs and activities.
- Maximize territory budget to execute strategies and generate/grow the business.
- Support lead initiatives (e.g., congresses, local/regional meetings, medical conferences).
- Own business opportunities, including calling on large group practices and key targets.
- Establish relationships with thought leaders; drive industry-leading customer value.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- Ability to learn/apply technical and scientific product information.
- Ability to travel as needed within the territory.
- Proven consistent sales performance in complex markets with integrity and compliance.
- Team-player collaboration.
- Valid Driverโ€™s License.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years pharma/biotech/medical device sales.
- 2+ years selling subcutaneous self-injectable (or office-administered IV) biologics.
- 2+ years dermatology disorder selling (e.g., atopic dermatitis) and calling on Dermatologists.
- Launch experience in specialty care/biologics; alliance/matrix experience.
- Advanced clinically based selling; results with product launches.
- In-servicing/training experience.
- Passion for science; proactive disease-state and trend learning.
- Highly organized; strong account management.
- Complete fleet safety training and maintain acceptable driving record.
