Main Responsibilities:
- Grow portfolio share and revenue; consistently deliver product goals.
- Act as a therapeutic area expert; position and differentiate products.
- Collaborate with field stakeholders (Medical Science Liaisons, Market Access, strategic account managers, hospital business managers, etc.) to address customer needs.
- Identify market dynamics/trends; develop strategies aligned to brand and corporate objectives to ensure account success.
- Use account/territory data and internal insights to help HCPs operate more effectively.
- Determine optimal ABM strategy for HCPs using an agile approach leveraging AI and digital tools.
- Develop strategic business plans to generate product utilization and grow territory business.
- Present financial/contracting options; differentiate contracting and competitive offerings.
- Execute buy/bill model operational requirements (complex pricing analysis/price calculator usage, product shipping, contract compliance, and securing amendments).
- Adapt to changing environments and sales methodologies, including remote selling.
- Plan and execute local promotional speaker programs/activities.
- Maximize territory budget to execute strategies and grow business.
- Participate in/lead initiatives supporting sales success (e.g., congresses and regional/local meetings).
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree.
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical, vaccines, life sciences, biotech, or medical device sales experience.
- Valid driverโs license.
- Travel availability within the West Virginia territory.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling vaccines, biologics, or injectables.
- Buy/bill model experience.
- CRM tools: Salesforce, Veeva/Viva One.
- Healthcare environment/decision processes and proven ability to access decision makers.
- Success in B2B environments; hybrid engagement; optimal HCP selling model.
- Omnichannel experience; customer engagement using insights.
- Data/analytics skills; tactical initiative execution and prioritization.
- Self-directed, organized; strong written/oral communication; strong clinical and digital acumen; MS Office proficiency.
