Main Responsibilities
- Grow portfolio share and revenue; consistently deliver product goals.
- Serve as a therapeutic area expert; position and differentiate products.
- Collaborate with field stakeholders (e.g., Medical Science Liaisons, Market Access, strategic account managers, Hospital business managers) to address customer needs.
- Identify market dynamics/trends; develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives to ensure account success.
- Use account/territory data and insights to help HCPs operate more effectively.
- Determine optimal ABM strategy for HCPs using an agile approach with AI and digital tools.
- Develop strategic business plans to generate utilization and grow territory business.
- Understand/differentiate portfolio contracting options and compare competitive offerings via financial presentations.
- Execute buy/bill model operationally: complex pricing analysis/price calculator usage, product shipping, contract compliance monitoring, and securing contract amendments.
- Adapt to changing environments and sales methodologies, including remote selling.
- Plan, organize, and execute local promotional speaker programs/activities.
- Maximize territory budget to execute strategies and grow the business.
- Participate in and help lead assigned sales initiatives (e.g., congresses, regional meetings, medical conferences).
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree.
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical/vaccines/life sciences/biotech/medical device sales experience.
- Valid driverโs license.
- Ability to travel within the West Virginia territory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling vaccines, biologics, or injectables; buy-and-bill experience.
- CRM experience (Salesforce, Veeva/Viva One).
- Proven ability to access healthcare decision makers.
- B2B and hybrid environment experience; determine optimal HCP selling model.
- Omnichannel customer engagement experience.
- Data analytics proficiency; strong clinical and digital acumen.
- Ability to execute tactical initiatives, provide feedback, and prioritize multiple products.
- Self-directed, organized; excellent written/oral communication.
- Proficient with MS Office.
